where to add and configure plugin

hie all


i v just tried dokeos 2.1 free version


just after reading the administrator doc i have red that i should have found a "plugin" menu to manage and install plugin.


i have no such a menu in my configuration menu bar (i am the administrator of the dokeos web site).


i have read in the "extension section" of the dokeos web site that i should have edit and modify a conf file somewhere but no way to find this conf file


my questions is , where to find a way to manage plugin in the free dokeos version?

Hello,

I have the same problem !
I used to work with plugin on 1.8 version, but now, with the 2.1, thet have disappeared !!!

There is still the solution to type ".../main/admin/settings.php?category=Plugins" in the url, but I do not know if it's really safe ...

So did you manage to edit plugins somehow?

I can't find out how to install plugin properly, do you have some documentation for Dokeos 2.1?

Edit Plugins

Yes we had this option in Dokeos 1.8 and removed this plugin option in Dokeos 2.1. I will discuss with our dev team to get back this and update you.

Give us back the plugins :

Plugins are a great feature pour add specific tools in Dokeos. They are really useful !

Why have they been removed ? Is there any danger to have plugins ?
Because I'm still working on plugins development, and I hope this work will be supported in 2.x versions

With the "...settings.php?category=Plugins" link and some tricks, they are working well.


I Hope that they will be back soon
