Dokeos 2.2 BETA released
Dokeos 2.2 MOBILE is now in BETA phase and you can play with the Demo or download it for local installation on a server. This release focusses on scenarios, speed and comfort with mobile devices such as tablets (Android and iPad).
Scenarios
Quiz scenario tool will help you setup your online learning activities, whether evaluation, self-learning, time-based, randomized questions or immediate feedback. Groups scenarios will help you setup online collaboration, whether tutoring, collaboration or competition.
Speed
Nobody likes to wait. Dokeos 2.2 is faster to load pages thanks to code improvements, faster to manage thanks to clarified interface + drag & drop approach. It is also faster to deploy thanks to course scenario tool, sessions management improved and the catalogue approach.
Mobile comfort
As an online authoring system, Dokeos was the first authoring tool to be fully compliant with HTML5 and tablets. Dokeos 2.2 improves user comfort compliance with tablets: non-flash video and audio, flexible display (things look different on a tablet and there is less information), improved contrasts (black and white style) and clarified menus.
