ESTRO, The European Society for Therapeutic Radiology and Oncology, was founded in Milano in September 1980 as a Society of individual members working in the field of radiotherapy and oncology.

Today, the society trains and certifies hundreds of physicians and organises regular courses and conferences all over the world.

ESTRO management decided now to address a wider audience and particularly remote oncologists that cannot attend onsite trainings.The first course of the catalogue will bear on rectal cancer. Professor in charge of the course is Dr Vincenzo Valentini of the Agostino Gemelli Hospital in Rome.

The Dokeos Studio team acts at project management level, instructional design and multimedia development of the online course.
