Dokeos

E-learning is now part of day-to-day business for many corporate companies. It must be managed like other projects. And the e-learning project managers have to keep in mind three complementary dimensions:

• The training managers + HR project: build a training catalogue and supervise the whole process;
• The trainers project: build courses and interact with learners;
• The trainees project: follow their training curriculum and participate to the proposed activities.

Thanks to a partnership with the BODYCOTE company, Dokeos develops a PLANNING management tool that will help articulate these 3 dimensions. The interface is simple and self-explaining and the whole structure is based on a per-task model: every action is a task and a project is a series of sub-projects including tasks.

As Dokeos PROJECT deals with tasks, time and deadlines, it is integrated in the Dokeos AGENDA tool so that participants can merge with their Outlook agenda and workflow.
