In a training project, reporting is critical.

Dokeos 2.0 innovates by developing a visual reporting feature. This tool will provide synthetic charts on learning evolution, score average values and standard deviation.

In a training, it is important to assess the understanding of each learner, what he grasped, remembered and converted into effective skills, in other words to know if his learning was successful. We also need to report collectively or statistically on groups, trainings and sessions so as to analyse overall performance and improve the instructional design of the course catalogue.

With previous versions, Dokeos offered to export raw tracking data and we had to spend hours on structuring them and generating relevant charts in Excel or Business Objects. This offered maximum flexibility (and is still possible) but proved a hassle. From now on, Dokeos generates real-time graphics, transforming the day-to-day follow-up into a smooth and easy task.

HR directors and training directors are interested here, as they need to cross training performance with company needs so as to define HR and training strategies.  

Combined with the Profiling tool, Dokeos REPORTING offers the HR a solution for a reporting mix where quantitative data and individual meeting minutes provide a complete view on individual skills and careers.
