Couldn't change codepage for modules

Hi,

I'm try to create learning path, so I create a module, but I couldn't change codepage for it. I select cp1251, click on button, but see always UTF-8.

Is there any possybilities to change codepage?

Dokeos Module default charset is UTF-8.
