Problems with the matching questions builder
I am having severe difficulty creating a matching quiz, here are my issues that I cannot find solutions in the manual for:
Here is the interface on one of the questions I am trying to create:
I cannot understand what the "Media" image is for in this interface and the manual does not specify either. When viewed then this is what the question looks like:
As you can see there are graphical issues here and the "media" image is there and serves no purpose. As you can also see, the wording of the questions are obscured by scrollbars and will not display all in one block.
Here is a screenshot of the matching template question to further illustrate this:
As you can see the "media" image creates issues here as well and serves no purpose.
How do I get the words in the question blocks to display properly and what is this "media" graphic that seems to create these issues?

Additional problems!
Ok solved the scrollbar issue sort of, by inserting images on the right hand side options it expands the text space on all options like this:
Now I notice that there is an alignment issue:
I cannot align this text to the left, not matter what I do! Here is the code to prove that it is not aligned middle:
