At the end of the process, Dokeos generates web-based reporting tables that you can export to business decision tools.

Dokeos is also able to integrate with your HR in terms of users management : employees and clients authenticate only once, thanks to the LDAP + SSO + OpenID protocols and their progress in the knowledge system can be automatically imported in real time into the HRMS so as to feed Career, Competences and Profiling management.
