Deleted assignment display in calendar

I created, then deleted an assignment.

Unfortunately it still shows in the calendar for all users.

How/where do I delete this ghost entry?

Ok, good then. Because I could not reproduce the bug. When I delete the assignment the event disappears also from the Calendar.
