Het contract van 40 uur voorafbetaalde technische ondersteuning is uw garantie voor een snelle interventie voor quasi elk onderwerp dat gerelateerd is met de Dokeos software:
- lokale en/of afstandsinstallatie van de Dokeos leeromgeving, Videoconferentie en/of OOgie Rapid Authoring
- database beheer en file beheer
- migratie van andere systemen of integratie met bestaande processen of systemen
- PHP scripts aanpassingen, plugin integratie
- cursus en server backup beheer
- aanpassingen aan het proces van gebruikersregistraties
- tips en hints over het gebruik van de software
- (...) quasi elke technische taak die gerelateerd is aan de Dokeos software
