How to install

Installing can be done very easily with the guided install system.

1.6.x installs must first be upgraded to 1.8.0 and *then* 1.8.2 (the upgrade process is quite different from one to another and the data structure has been considerably changed between the 1.6 and 1.8 branches).

Known issues

  • There are still know issues in the management of the dropbox and the learning path tool.
  • The HotPotatoes feature has been removed from 1.8.0 and 1.8.2 as it didn't work properly. It will be fixed in Dokeos 1.8.3 due later in July 2007.
  • There are still known issues in the course backup/restore tool
