File structure

From Dokeos

The aim is to separate the course folders from the Dokeos files. The suggestion is to have 4 main folders: archive, courses, engine (or code or something else), garbage. All of these name are configurable so you can change them like you want. Maybe this is a good time to remove the Claroline?

Courses directory

All courses are now created inside a courses folder, instead of directly into the main Dokeos folder. This makes Dokeos look much cleaner, it's easier to set access permissions for all course folders, ... The function to get the courses path is in the main_api (api_get_path). Most tools have already been converted to this. Still todo: the admin section.
