Writing style

Please do not use "I" in the text. This text will be edited by many authors. The Dokeos code and wiki text belong to the whole world. You can use "I" in the talk pages connect to each page, but then you should sign the text with your name, by using three or four ~ characters, that inserts your name (three ~) or your name and the date (four ~). Example in this talk page

Keep the tone of the pages neutral. If something is still under discussion, make a note of this. Make room to represent all viewpoints in a discussion. that's the only real way to neutrality/objectivity: since people cannot be neutral, you can reach a neutral point of view (NPOV) only by letting all viewpoints be heard).

See the Wikipedia article on Neutral point of view for more information.

Organisation

You can organise pages into categories by attaching a tag at the bottom of the page. e.g. [[Category:Development]] for the Development category, [[Category:Manual]] for the Manual category, etcetera. A page can belong to multiple categories. You can get a list of all categories on the page Special:Categories.

Technical

See Help:Editing for the markup language that this wiki uses. You can experiment in the Sandbox.
