LCMS WebLCMS Tools
From Dokeos
The course management system (Dokeos as we know it) is implemented in the WebLCMS application. By default it is possible for all course modules to:
- sort the published learning objects
- delete the published learning objects
- organize the published learning objects in categories and subcategories + tree-menu to navigate through categories
- publish learning objects for selected user(s) and/or group(s)
- publish learning objects for a limited period
- make published learning objects visible/invisble
- publish new or existing learning objects
- new publications are marked with an icon
Further on this page we refer to this list with Default features. Some of these features aren't made available in some tools (for example sorting in the agenda as items are sorted chronologically in that tool)

No specific group tools are implemented at this moment. It is however possible in every tool to publish learning objects for selected groups. So users could use the default tools to publish items for their groups. Below every published item it is also displayed for who it was published.
Assignments
Not yet implemented in LCMS This tool has some shared functionality with Dropbox and the assigment-module available on the Dokeos extensions website.
Blogs

Course Settings

- Alert by e-mail on work submission
