Platform Admin Manual: Browse through user list

Besides searching for users you can also browse through the user list. This list gives you a complete overview, in a few pages, of all the users on your system and it allows you to edit or removed users.

If the number of users exceeds a certain number (see dokeos configuration settings) then you will see pagination links (1, 2, 3, 4 >> )on the right and a link 'Show all' on the left above the table headers. This allows you to navigate to the next X users or previous X users.

This browsing for users can be extremely handy when you cannot come up with the name of the user you are looking for or if you just want to have an overview of the users who have registered on your campus.

You notice that you can use the search feature here also. This will filter the user list according to your search term just like the search box on the platform administraton homepage does.

It is possible to remove multiple users at once by ticking the box at the start of their line and use the action box below to choose the action to take, then click OK.
