Platform Admin Manual: Export a list of users to an XML/CSV file

Dokeos can import users through a XML or CSV file but luckily it can also export to these formats.

SCREENSHOT

  • Output file type: here you can choose if you want the export of the users in XML or in CSV format
  • Only users from course: if you leave this empty it will export all the users of the platform. If you do not leave it empty it will export only the users of the selected course.

After you have clicke the OK button you will see a message that the user list has been exported and that you can download the file SCREENSHOT.

You can open the CSV file in Excel for instance where it will look like SCREENSHOT
