Plugins

From Dokeos

Jump to: navigation, search

Plugin development for Dokeos has only just begun (early 2005). Read the page on Plugins and modularity for some documentation about how to create plugins yourself. Dokeos 1.6 contains many improvements to make the job of plugin creators easier.

Update - we've launched the Dokeos extensions site where everyone can upload the files for their plugins, tools, stylesheets, and icon packs. For writing documentation on your plugin, you can use this wiki.

Available plugins

These plugins have been tested by at least one Dokeos core developer and are available for download somewhere (we need to create a page for this).

Untested plugins

Mostly ready, not tested by core developers yet.

I've tested this tool as a student (on Rolf Bos' platform), but not yet as course admin. As student, it worked fine. Roan 12:54, 28 Apr 2005 (CEST)

Plugins in development

Will be finished soon.

  • Search tool - Yannick Warnier is busy creating a search tool plugin that will connect to Dokeos and allow searches of content in all courses.
  • Question Mark bridge - also by Yannick Warnier
  • Integrating a wiki
