Perhaps some community can have a place for local case study or events (online or offline). --User:Petrossi

I like also Joomla, that I'm using as a portal in some project --User:Petrossi

At this time the community website is being made in Drupal, which seemed more suitable for this 'community' kind of websites (whereas joomla appeared to be more geared towards portal-ish or content-driven websites). What do you mean by 'local case study or events'? --ThijsBraem 08:42, 4 April 2008 (UTC)

  • 'local case study': a description of uses (school, university, training insitutes). For example: somebody uses Dokeos also for project management, or for cultural exchange, for working experiences or stage support. All in local language
  • 'local events': meeting or projects for the diffusion of Dokeos.

--User:Petrossi

  • local case study: we were indeed planning to put these kind of user stories on the site. Didn't think of the language issue, but it might indeed be a good idea to put some of those in non-english languages as well!
  • Noted ;) It appears for example that some people are presenting Dokeos on certain conferences etc. This could be indicated in a sort of calendar.
