I try to give an overview of my bugfixes. I do not list them all because I would waste too much time trying to find them on the forum. This is however a more or less complete overview from my bugfixes starting from june 2005. Bugs are inevitable but I have the feeling that quite some of the bugs I fix come from other people changing functions I use without testing these functions. Most of my code gets tested by a large group of users on our Zephyr server before I commit to the CVS (especially when it is a new development, tool, functionality). This might seem contradictory to the common Open Source belief of 'commit early, commit often', but I belief more in good and solid code that has already gone through a first test phase than alpha code. By going through this first testing phase I'm more sure that it really gets tested because we have seen with the latest release that only a small number of users are testing the CVS version (and a lot of these testers are developers also so the testing in real life situations is only minor). I consider this as a form of quality management.

In 1.6 a lot of bugs occurred in the install/upgrade script also since the person responsible for these script is (unfortunately) not up to date with all the developments in the Dokeos 1.6 community.
