DOKEOS offers e-learning services and provides its clients with an annual licence for an e-learning software.

DOKEOS makes it easy to design customised training modules, to integrate the user’s training materials, to import content, to assess the learners’ skills using online or face-to-face evaluation questionnaires.

www.dokeos.com is used to present the activities and services, the DOKEOS learning platform, as well as to publish articles and news.

These Terms of Use may be updated at any time without notice. The User is therefore advised to consult the website regularly. Updates apply as soon as they are published online.

If any provision of these Terms of Use is held to be unenforceable or invalid for any reason, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the enforceability or validity of the remaining provisions of the Terms of Use.

2. Website use

www.dokeos.com is made available free of charge to the User for his personal use, subject to the conditions defined below. Use of the website implies full acceptance of all the conditions of use.

www.dokeos.com may not be used to make speculative, false or fraudulent claims.

DOKEOS guarantees a correct level of data protection in accordance with national and European regulations.

The Terms of Use are subject to Belgian law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation and/or execution shall fall within the jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Brabant Wallon.
