Since 2022, Salim Arrebei is an e-learning consultant at Dokeos. Prior to that, he spent six years at Sitel Group, the third largest global player in the field of customer care outsourcing. After perfecting his sales and negotiation techniques with prospects, he was appointed to the position of Training and Development Manager, which consists of two parts: training (on-boarding, soft-skills, cross training) and e-learning development. Very experienced in the sector, Salim is perfectly familiar with the digital learning methodology (gamification, real time monitoring, adaptive learning) as well as the LMS.

Within the framework of Dokeos, Salim trains his clients on Dokeos LMS and accompanies them in the follow-up of their e-learning projects.

Salim has an atypical training background. Indeed, he was able to evolve professionally at Sitel while pursuing his studies in economics. In 2020, he graduated with a master’s degree in organizational management from the National School of Commerce and Management of Kenitra (ENCGK). These academic achievements gave Salim the right tools for communication, work organization and resource optimization.

Faced with the current political and economic situation, the profession of e-learning consultant is unanimous for the future. According to Salim, the health crisis has given us a good lesson in this sense. It has shown everyone that digitalization represents the future.

Already involved in several e-learning projects, Salim believes that to be successful in the field of learning, you must first be a good learner. And to be curious to understand the constraints of organizations in terms of training and propose adapted and realistic solutions to make learning accessible, fun and profitable.
