After completing her studies in management and business administration, Hind specialized in international trade and logistics.
Before joining the project management team at Dokeos, Hind worked at Steam France, a multinational leader in hospital sterilization solutions, where she held the position of Sales Administration Manager. Her role was to guarantee the smooth operation of sales, from order taking to delivery. In terms of logistics, her responsibilities included improving purchasing channels and optimizing inventories based on customer behavior.
Thanks to her passion for learning, which she inherited from both parents who were teachers, Hind now enjoys her new role as an Elearning consultant at Dokeos. It’s a role that requires listening and analysis in order to effectively support partner training organizations in the design of customized training courses to fully meet their needs. She puts her skills to work with companies such as Main Forte, ABL Formation, 1630 Formation, Formadia and Kpten, to name a few.
Hind also keeps a close eye on the healthcare sector, and more specifically, on the continuous regulatory changes it undergoes in order to ensure that the training she designs meets the sector’s requirements.
In fact, Dokeos’ strategy for partners in the healthcare sector is to offer more than just software, but a GxP/FDA compatible LMS as well as effective training of personnel with respect to regulations and, in the area of quality, validation of computer systems with respect to regulations (i.e., Computerized Systems Validation), supporting partners undergoing inspections and audits and facilitating video seminars on quality and integration with our off-the-shelf content.
